Pet portraits are always meaningful projects because the tattoo represents much more than just an animal.
For this dog portrait, the focus was on capturing the expression, especially around the eyes and muzzle. Most of the piece was kept black and grey, with a small touch of colour in the collar adding contrast without overpowering the portrait.
